#1 Essay English Saya

Silent readers,
aku mengupdate sebelum aku bergerak ke rumah nenek yg jauhnya berjuta2 batunya 
dan mungkin akan menjadi entry aku yg terakhir bg tahun 2012 *sob2*
uolls,sebab aku tanak bg kosong je blog aku ni . Entah idea geliga apa yg keluar .
Aku nak share pasal karangan BI masa Periksa Pertengahan Tahun aku ri tue.
Utk akhir tahun punya sorry. Tak dpt kertas pun. Dapat result aje! *hik2*

Here we go.Karangan BI yg dikarang ikhlas,mengambil masa yg lama sampai otak berasap , tangan panas,duduk tak senang bagai nk muntah biru!
Aku harap , korang akan baca something.Mungkin opening expression aku agak typical Malaysia , tapi at the end, at least you will get something than nothing!



How to Cope with Stress

          Student tends to such many things especially in their secondary school.They were lead to many homeworks,sports,tuition classes,co-curricular activities and many.This will  cause stress.Plus,statistics around 2007 to 2009 shows that most suicide cases was influenced by stress.We must know, "How to cope with stress".

             As stress was prevalent among everyone in this world especially students,first thing first is take regular exercise about three times a week.We can go for dancing,playing and even walking is assume as an exercise.If you feel that you don't have enough time to go for it,let say if you go to a shopping complex,you can ask your mom to park the car far from the shopping complex.Then you've to walk much.Without your realization,you've actually walk 1000 steps!

             Planning time-table is important in helping us reducing stress.At least,you've something to follow.People may assume it as nugatory.But if you follow your time-table,you can reduce your activity in the whole day.It can also help in maintaining good results in examination.Plus,you've got a time to sleep and don't feel so much tired.

                 Friends are precious.You can work in groups in doing homework or anything.If you felt tension,you can emphatize your feelings.They must be understood.In doing homeworks,they can help you to solve any question that you don't know,or even share bombastic idea in doing essay or you can spent half of the time to have jokes and riddle.Slowly,it will reduce your tension.

                   Balanced meals is important too.Certain people will eat a lot when they were tension.They didn't realize that it didn't burnt out their fat but it gain their fat!This wasn't a healthy style among citizen.Take balanced diet using food pyramid.Don't forget to have enough sleep because you can prevent yourself by sleeping in the class while teacher is teaching.

                     You can even talk to your family.You can tell them how big is your problem and how lugubrious is your feelings.Well family is the closest person in our life.Maybe your father will bring you for a vacation when he heard his lovely son/daughter has been stress at school.Maybe your sister will bring you for skating.At least,you've spent your free times with activities.

                     Last but not least,you can listen to music or watching videos in youtube. Maybe you can loses your tension by watching Justin Bieber's cute face or smart dancing by K=Pop stars.If this is the best solution,go for it!You don't have to worry with all your problems.Slowly,you can forget all you problems but please,do not forget to do your homework.

                         We re not living in the movie of Harry Potter where students go to Hogwarts school of wizard and witchcraft.If we have a magic wand,we could right away switch all the rocks into gold,all the trees into candies,but that is impossible .That's why I am here to tell you the possible thing that may help you to reduce you stress and go for a healthy lifestyle.Thank you for reading!
